Meet the Artist

Susan G. Moore

After an artistic upbringing, it wasn’t until Susan decided to paint a few items to fill the blank walls of her husband’s office that she felt the tug to embrace her artistic calling.  People started to ask to buy her pieces and then, people started requesting commissions, and her living room transformed into an art studio.  She is excited to have her new proper painting studio on Front Street across from the Georgetown Times building so that she no longer has to move her projects out of the way for her family to eat at their dining table.

Last year, she painted original artwork to display at the Pawley’s Palette art show and most recently was featured at the Waccamaw Neck Library.  Susan Moore’s bold, joyful original artwork graces homes all across the Lowcountry and beyond.
